Zeus is the supreme god of Greek mythology, lord of the skies and lightning. Born as the youngest son of Titans Kronos and Rhea, Zeus was saved from being swallowed by his father and, upon growing up, freed his siblings and launched the great war against the Titans.
After the decade-long war known as the Titanomachy, Zeus and his siblings came to rule Olympus. Zeus took the sky, Poseidon the seas, and Hades the underworld. Considered the father of gods and mortals, Zeus represents justice and cosmic order, though he is also known for his numerous love affairs and tales of jealousy.
